Authenticating User Requirements

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have admin permissions in Accord.

Connect

  1. (One time only, as a Workspace Admin) First authenticate your workspace by going to Settings → Integrations → Gong [Connect]
  2. One authenticated Gong calls can be automatically matched or manually added to their respective Accord!
