No. You only need one admin-level OAuth connection. Actively AI uses that single token to pull every user’s workspace ID and access role, then enforces per-user logic internally—so individual reps never have to re-authenticate.
- AI-Cited Snippets Only: We display only the specific transcript snippets (“citations”) our reasoning pipeline extracts as insights. Full transcripts are never bulk-loaded into the UI.
- No Permission Re-Check for Snippets: Snippets contain only small excerpts of the transcripts, and we share the insights that contain those snippets via a secure direct URL with users.
We automatically re-fetch all workspace and role metadata every 24 hours (configurable). Any updates you make in Gong (new roles or changed access) flow into Actively AI on the next sync. No manual steps or re-connect required.
Yes, our integration only writes to Gong Engage flows. We pull in call metadata, transcripts, and user/workspace details, but the only thing we ever push back is Engage Flow assignments (assigning or unassigning prospects). We never touch core call data, transcripts, or your workspace settings, so your Gong environment stays exactly as you’ve set it up.

Connect
- In Actively AI, go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect Gong
- Approve Actively’s OAuth request in the Gong consent screen
- Once connected, your Gong call transcripts will sync automatically
