Aircall  records audio in a single channel (mono). This means audio from recorded parties is merged into a single channel and there's not an immediate way to identify who is speaking on a recording.

### Will Gong be able to separate speakers from Aircall recordings?
Gong will attempt to separate speakers over time.Gong will accumulate a number of representative calls by a recorded user and scan them to find the common speaker. Gong will attempt to break down calls into segments, each associated with a single speaker.
