From there, we analyze the call content using a custom LLM pipeline to generate high-quality marketing content (like blog posts) based on real customer conversations. This helps teams scale thought leadership and content output with minimal effort.

### What data do you access from Gong?
We access the following data via Gong’s API:Call recordingsCall metadata (e.g., participants, date, duration)Transcript textWe do not access any calls marked as private. All data access is read-only and scoped strictly to what is needed for our content generation workflows.

### How is user data secured?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard practices. We use scoped OAuth access, adhere to principle-of-least-privilege, and never store sensitive information longer than necessary. Customers can also request deletion of all processed data at any time.
