AmpUp integrates with Gong's conversation intelligence data to power its coaching and practice systems. Sales Brain analyzes the call recordings and transcripts Gong captures to diagnose rep skill gaps across preparation, objection handling, closing discipline, and product knowledge. Atlas then uses those insights to deliver contextual pre-call coaching and post-call debriefs tailored to each rep's specific weaknesses. Requirements
Authenticating User Requirements
For admin:
- To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have admin permissions in AmpUp.
For end users:
- Once the integration is enabled by the admin, only the calls and transcripts associated to your user will be visible to you.
For end users:

Connect
Navigate to Gong card in AmpUp Tool Integrations Page
- Select “Connect”
- Enter Gong OAuth credentials and confirm
- Select the data you want to import and hit save
