Sales Brain analyzes the call recordings and transcripts Gong captures to diagnose rep skill gaps across preparation, objection handling, closing discipline, and product knowledge. Atlas then uses those insights to deliver contextual pre-call coaching and post-call debriefs tailored to each rep's specific weaknesses. Instead of managers manually reviewing call libraries, AmpUp turns Gong's raw conversation data into structured behavior change — closing the gap between knowing what went wrong and actually performing differently on the next call.

- **Authenticating User Requirements** — For admin:- To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have admin permissions in AmpUp.For end users:- Once the integration is enabled by the admin, only the calls and transcripts associated to your user will be visible to you.
- **Subscriptions Required** — Must have Gong subscription
