Apollo provides contact-level enrichment data in Gong. This includes:

## Setup for Gong Admins
1. Connect Apollo to Gong Enrich using Apollo credentials.
2. Add Apollo to your email or phone enrichment waterfall.
3. (Optional) Sync enriched contacts back to your CRM.

## How it Works
1. Users can trigger enrichment directly from supported Gong contact views and when adding prospects into Gong Engage flows.
2. Apollo operates seamlessly within your configured enrichment waterfall; if Apollo does not return the requested record, Gong Enrich moves to the next configured provider.
3. Enriched data can also be synced back to your CRM depending on your Gong configuration.

## FAQ
### Can I use my existing Apollo subscription?
Yes. Connect your existing Apollo account through Gong Enrich using Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) to continue using your current subscription.

### Does using my own Apollo account consume Gong Credits?
No. Data accessed through a customer’s own connected provider account uses the customer’s existing Apollo subscription or credits. Gong Credits are used when Gong Enrich accesses additional data through providers purchased through Gong. However, using Gong Credits with Apollo is currently not available, but is coming soon.

### Can I control when Gong Enrich uses Apollo?
Yes. Admins can configure and prioritize Apollo within separate email and phone enrichment waterfalls.

### Where can users access Apollo data in Gong?
Users can access enriched contact data from supported Gong contact views and when adding contacts to Gong Engage flows.
