Authenticating User Requirements
To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have Admin admin permissions in Breakout
Connect
To connect Breakout with Gong Engage:
- Ensure you are on the Growth or Enterprise plan on Breakout
- Install the Breakout tracking script on your website (if not already done)
- In your Breakout dashboard, navigate to Integrations and select Gong Engage
- Authorize the integration using your Gong admin credentials
- Configure which visitor signals and lead types should trigger enrollment into a Gong Engage sequence — by intent score, company segment, pages visited, or lead source
Once connected, Breakout will automatically push identified visitors and AI SDR-converted leads into Gong Engage as contacts, ready for sequencing with no manual import required.
Note: Breakout only supports Hubspot and Salesforce as preferred CRMs with Gong.
