Authenticating User Requirements

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have basic permissions in BuyerExperience

Connect

How to connect BuyerExperience to Gong:

  1. Log into BuyerExperience and go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click “Connect Gong”, authorize your Gong account, and accept Gong permissions
  3. In the authorization window, grant BuyerExperience access to your Gong Public API. This allows the integration to:
    1. Add prospects directly into Gong Engage flows
    2. View available Gong Engage flows for selection
    3. Check and display each prospect’s current flow assignment status
    4. Pull calls and transcripts from Gong.

Once authorized, BuyerExperience will begin syncing buyer feedback and follow-up actions directly into Gong
