Requirements
Subscriptions Required
Must have Chisel Labs Enterprise subscription
Authenticating User Requirements
To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have an admin maker permissions in Chisel Labs
Connect
- Navigate to the "Integrations" page in Chisel
- Click on "Connect" in the Gong tile
- Choose 'OAuth' as your connection method
- Enter your Gong credentials to log in. Gong will then ask if you want to allow Chisel to access your data. This permission is necessary for the integration to work.
- Click 'Authorize' or 'Allow'.
- Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to Chisel.
- A message should appear confirming that the connection with Gong is successful.
