Clearskies will bring over any calls that match ALL of the following criteria:
1) The call is NOT marked as private
2) The call is NOT an internal call
3) The call participants include at least one Clearskies user

Clearskies ingests the call recording and transcript only for calls that meet the integration conditions.
- Call data access is scoped at the tenant (account) level - data is never shared across customers.
- Only calls that are Not marked as private, and Not internal calls are ingested from Gong.
- Only Administrators can create agents.
- The Administrator who sets up the Gong integration also sets up permissions and access to data.
