Gong connects to Cloudglue on the account level, leveraging OAuth authentication. We do not store any credentials, only the OAuth token.
To connect Gong to your Cloudglue account, you setup a data connector for Gong on the Cloudglue website.
Your account Gong is connected on behalf of your organization. In order to so, only an admin (or technical admin) of your organization can connect your Gong account to Cloudglue.

Cloudglue accesses recordings that are not marked as private, however all calls that are accessible to your Gong tech admin are accessible in Cloudglue.
