Calls must be associated to a CRM opportunity in Gong to be ingested. Check that your calls are linked to opportunities and that the opportunity exists in Contour.
On initial connection Contour pulls the last 6 months of transcripts. New calls sync daily.
You need a Gong account with API access and Tech Admin permissions to authorize the connection.
No. Contour only reads from Gong. No data in your Gong account is modified.
No, imported gong call data is specific to the user in Contour. Only the user that has permissions on gong side to pull in the data can see that data within our platform.

Requirements

Active Contour Account

Active Contour account with implementations that are connected to opportunities from sfdc. If there are no opportunities we can still connect gong but the transcript data won't populate

Authenticating User Requirements

Gong account with Tech Admin access to authorize the OAuth connection

Gong calls connected to CRM opportunities

Gong calls should be manually associated to CRM opportunities in order to be ingested by Contour - otherwise they won't write the transcripts to the specific implementation properly
