- Go to CustomerIQ workspace settings
- Select Apps & Integrations
- From the integrations tab, select “Configure” on the Gong listing.
- Authenticate with your Gong account (note, must be a Gong Admin)
- Allow CustomerIQ the listed permissions to import and map your recorded calls.
