### How are permissions handled?
Dextego access to Gong data is read-only and scoped to call recordings and transcripts. Dextego users only have access to data for calls in which they were a participant (determined by their company email address). All call data remains private to the Dextego customer's account.Admins can revoke integration access at any time.

### How does Dextego use Gong call data?
Dextego imports Gong call recordings and applies AI coaching to help reps prepare, analyze, and reflect.

### Is this integration secure?
Yes. Dextego connects via Gong OAuth. Data is read-only and used only within the customer’s Dextego environment.

### Do you use Gong’s coaching features?
No. Dextego focuses solely on call recordings for coaching and practice.

### Who needs to authenticate?
A Gong Tech Admin provides OAuth/API key access for the customer’s company account. Dextego does not request or store user-level Gong credentials.
