About
Gong is the context engine. It captures what the customer said. Ecosystems is the value engine. It turns that into a value story the customer co-creates.
Ecosystems created the Customer Value Management category 26 years ago. Today ViViEN™, our Virtual Value Engineer, does that work alongside the seller. With the Gong integration, the rep opens with the right discovery questions, Gong records the voice of the customer, and ViViEN™ fills the framework from the transcript. What used to be a one to two week process becomes minutes to a customer-ready value story.

Use gong call data in Ecosystems
Ecosystems gives the rep the discovery framework: why change, why now, the cost of the status quo. Gong records the answers. ViViEN™, our Virtual Value Engineer, reads the transcripts and fills the framework from them, pulling priorities, outcomes and value drivers in the customer's own words rather than the rep's recollection a week later.
Build a business case the CFO will accept
From the discovery record, ViViEN™ builds the value narrative: assumptions and benefit models anchored in what the buyer said they cared about, plus competitive positioning drawn from the vendors and gaps mentioned on the call. A one to two week process becomes minutes to a customer-ready value story the champion can co-own
Benefits
A one to two week process becomes minutes
Building a customer-ready value story used to take a seller one to two weeks. With Gong supplying the conversation and ViViEN™ building the narrative, it happens before the next meeting.
Business cases your buyer's finance team will accept
Gong's own research found 46% of planned AI investment is stalled on trust rather than budget. Deals do not stall because the buyer is unconvinced, they stall because nobody can defend the number once it reaches finance. Grounding the case in the buyer's own language and in 26 years of benchmarked value data gives that number something to stand on.
