FAQ
Accounts are disabled but are not deleted.
There are three employee statuses in the user list in the IT Hub:
- active: these employees have an account in Gong, and an account in IT Hub, most employees fall under this category
- inactive: these employees are former employees in IT Hub but have an account in Gong - their access should probably be removed from Gong
- unknown email: these Gong accounts could not be matched with any of your employees in IT Hub, they may be service accounts or old Gong accounts
You can disconnect the application by navigation to the Gong application details from your application list in IT Hub, then click on "Disconnect app" from the Actions menu. You can also disconnect the application directly from the application list using the shortcut menu with the three dots.
