The Electric IT Hub is Electric's solution to help SMBs be on top of their IT.This integration enables automated team member provisioning from the IT Hub. Manage access from the IT Hub to ensure only authorized team members have an account, and to help with audits and compliance.

## FAQs
### Are accounts deleted during an offboarding?
Accounts are disabled but are not deleted.

### What do the different employee statuses mean?
There are three employee statuses in the user list in the IT Hub:active: these employees have an account in Gong, and an account in IT Hub, most employees fall under this categoryinactive: these employees are former employees in IT Hub but have an account in Gong - their access should probably be removed from Gongunknown email: these Gong accounts could not be matched with any of your employees in IT Hub, they may be service accounts or old Gong accounts

### How do I disconnect the Gong application?
You can disconnect the application by navigation to the Gong application details from your application list in IT Hub, then click on "Disconnect app" from the Actions menu. You can also disconnect the application directly from the application list using the shortcut menu with the three dots.
