Setup for Gong Admins

  1. Connect Findymail to Gong Enrich using supported provider credentials or Gong Credits.
  2. Add Findymail to your email or phone enrichment waterfall.
  3. (Optional) Sync enriched contacts back to your CRM.

How it Works

  1. Users can enrich contacts directly from supported Gong contact views and Engage flows.
  2. Findymail can be used alongside other approved data providers. If Findymail does not return the requested data, Gong Enrich continues through the configured enrichment waterfall.

Requirements

Gong Enrich must be enabled for your Gong account. Gong Credits apply only when accessing Findymail through Gong rather than a connected Findymail account. Read more on the Gong Help Center.

No. Data accessed through a customer’s own connected provider account uses the customer’s existing Findymail subscription or credits. Gong Credits are used when Gong Enrich accesses additional data through providers purchased through Gong.
