Authenticating User Requirements

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and be an admin in GoSearch

Connect

To successfully integrate GoSearch with Gong, users must meet the following prerequisites:

  1. Gong Permissions: The user must have administrator-level access in Gong (Gong Tech Admin role).
  2. GoSearch Permissions: The user must have administrative privileges in GoSearch.
  3. Connection Process: 
    • Navigate to the data connectors page in GoSearch
    • Locate and select the Gong integration
    • Click "Connect" to establish the integration
