About

KeystoneIQ turns your Gong calls into competitive intelligence your reps can act on.

Most CI tools surface generic web research; competitor blog posts, press releases, G2 reviews. KeystoneIQ does that too, then layers on the signal that actually moves deals: what your reps and prospects are saying about competitors on real sales calls.

Connect Gong once and KeystoneIQ scans recent transcripts for mentions of competitors you're tracking. The result lands in three places your team already lives:

- Battlecards grounded in real customer language; every objection handler cites the call snippet behind it.
- Weekly competitive briefs delivered to Slack and email, surfacing new objection patterns and competitor moves the same week they happen.
- Deal-risk scoring that flags opportunities where a competitor was named on a call, before the next meeting.

Built for B2B SaaS sales, RevOps, and product marketing teams running active competitive deals at any time.

Features

Competitor Mention Extraction
KeystoneIQ scans your Gong call transcripts daily and surfaces every mention of the competitors you're tracking. Each mention is preserved with its surrounding context, the deal it was tied to, the rep who heard it, and a one-click link back to the original call in Gong. Recordings stay in Gong; we only work with transcript text and never download audio or video.
Battlecards Built from Real data
Battlecards are grounded in verified product truth — each competitor's actual capabilities, pricing, positioning, and recent moves, drawn from public sources KeystoneIQ continuously monitors. The Gong integration adds the execution layer on top: objection handlers and talk tracks cited from your real sales calls, so reps know not just what's true about a competitor but exactly how to handle it in front of a live customer. Every quoted line links back to the original Gong call for one-click verification, and the underlying product truth is refreshed independently of the call data so battlecards stay accurate even when objection language hasn't changed.
Deal-Risk Scoring
When a competitor is mentioned on a call attached to one of your open opportunities, KeystoneIQ flags that deal with a competitive risk score before your next meeting. Reps see the exposure on every deal page, managers see pipeline-wide risk on a dashboard, and customer success can intervene while the deal is still open instead of discovering the loss at QBR.
Win/Loss Patterns by Competitor
KeystoneIQ correlates closed-won and closed-lost deals with the competitors mentioned on their calls, then surfaces the recurring objection language that predicts each outcome. You see what's actually winning deals against each competitor and what's losing them, drawn from your own conversations rather than anecdotes from your top rep.
Weekly Briefs to Slack and Email
Every Monday, KeystoneIQ delivers a competitive brief to the Slack channel and inboxes your team already lives in. The brief leads with new objection patterns from the past week's Gong calls, alongside competitor moves on the public web and the deals at risk that need rep attention. Cited, scannable, and ready for the team standup.

Benefits

Win more competitive deals
Reps walk into the next call with objection handlers grounded in what your last 14 days of customers actually said about each competitor. Generic battlecards get replaced with talk tracks pulled from real-time conversations.
Catch deals at risk before they slip
When a competitor name shows up on a call, you see it the same day, not at QBR. Deal-risk scoring updates with every new Gong recording, so customer success and sales managers can intervene while the deal is still open.
Stop reinventing battlecards every quarter
KeystoneIQ generates and refreshes per-competitor battlecards weekly from the calls already happening on your team. Product marketing reclaims the hours they used to spend manually updating decks and Notion pages.
Replace guesswork in win/loss analysis
See exactly which objection language predicts closed-won versus closed-lost, drawn from your real call data. No more relying on anecdotes from your Account teams; let the conversations speak for themselves.

FAQ

No. KeystoneIQ only saves short snippets where one of your tracked competitors is mentioned. The rest of the transcript is read once and discarded. Recordings stay inside Gong; we never download audio or video.
Private calls are skipped entirely. KeystoneIQ checks the privacy flag on every call before doing anything else, so we never read or store any content from a call your team marked private.
Read-only access to call recordings, transcripts, and your Gong user list. That's it. KeystoneIQ cannot post, edit, delete, change settings, download recordings, or take any administrative action in Gong.
Within 24 hours. KeystoneIQ syncs once a day and looks at the last two weeks of calls each time. A call recorded today shows up in tomorrow's brief.
Yes, anytime. A workspace owner can disconnect from KeystoneIQ Settings or revoke access from inside Gong. Either way, we lose access immediately. If you cancel KeystoneIQ entirely, all the snippets we extracted are deleted within 30 days.
Yes. Each Gong workspace connects to its own KeystoneIQ workspace. If your team runs separate EMEA and Americas Gong tenants, set up  one KeystoneIQ workspace for each. They can roll up under the same parent company in KeystoneIQ.
The next daily sync will look back through the last two weeks of calls for the new competitor and surface anything that mentions them. Older calls aren't re-scanned automatically, but Pro users can trigger a deeper search for any single competitor at any time.
Yes. KeystoneIQ runs on SOC 2 Type II–certified infrastructure in the US, encrypts all access tokens, and supports GDPR data export and deletion from your account settings. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Email [email protected] for additional details.

Integration Diagrams

What it does. KeystoneIQ connects to Gong over read-only OAuth. We sync new call transcripts daily, scan them for mentions of competitors your workspace is tracking, and persist only the short snippets that contain those mentions.

Deal-risk scoring that flags open opportunities where a competitor was named on a call. Every snippet links back to the original Gong call in one click!

Plan availability. Included on KeystoneIQ Growth ($399/mo) and Pro ($799/mo). Every new workspace gets a 14-day Growth trial with full Gong access at signup; no credit card required. https://keystoneiq.ai/pricing

1. Sign up at https://keystoneiq.ai (or log in to an existing workspace).
2. Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect Gong.
3. Approve the OAuth scopes in Gong's authorization screen.

KeystoneIQ requests four read-only Gong scopes:
- Call metadata for attribution to deals
- Text-only transcripts (no recordings stored)
- Topic tagging and call structure
- User directory for participant attribution
No write scopes, no admin scopes, no recording downloads. Calls flagged as private in Gong are filtered out before any processing.

KeystoneIQ syncs daily, looking back 14 days. We persist only short snippets that mention tracked competitors, with citations back to the original Gong call so any rep can verify in one click. Revoke at any time from KeystoneIQ Settings or your Gong admin console.

Plan requirements: Gong integration is included on KeystoneIQ Growth ($399/mo) and Pro ($799/mo) plans. New workspaces start with a 14-day Growth plan trial that includes Gong access.
