Knode retrieves call data for an organization on a configured schedule and uses AI to extract data and generate reports and visualizations for the customer based on that data. Our sales call analysis engine fetches call and transcript objects for a given time period from the Gong API and then uses AI models to extract data required for generating the reports. These reports are then stored in our system and made available to the customer.
