Lusha provides contact-level enrichment data in Gong. This includes:

Setup for Gong Admins
- Connect Lusha to Gong Enrich using supported provider credentials or Gong Credits.
- Add Lusha to your email or phone enrichment waterfall.
- (Optional) Sync enriched contacts back to your CRM.
How it Works
- Users can enrich contacts directly from supported Gong contact views and Engage flows.
- Lusha can be used alongside other approved data providers. If Lusha does not return the requested data, Gong Enrich continues through the configured enrichment waterfall.
Requirements
Gong Enrich must be enabled for your Gong account. Gong Credits apply only when accessing Lusha through Gong rather than a connected Lusha account. Read more on the Gong Help Center.

No. Data accessed through a customer’s own connected provider account uses the customer’s existing Lusha subscription or credits. Gong Credits are used when Gong Enrich accesses additional data through providers purchased through Gong.
Yes. Admins can configure and prioritize Lusha within separate email and phone enrichment waterfalls.
