Requirements

Subscription Requirements

Must have a Gong Engage subscription, though users who do not have a Gong Engage seat may still use MadKudu Chrome Extension to access Account & Contact insights

Authentication Requirements

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a Gong Tech Admin needs to have admin permissions in MadKudu as well.

All users need to have a MadKudu seat to log in MadKudu iframes, and have MadKudu Chrome Extension installed and logged in.

Connect

  1. Log into MadKudu Admin Console
  2. Navigate to Integrations then click Gong
  3. Click Connect Gong - This will open an authorization pop-up.
  4. Click Allow

    To unlock all capabilities, all users will also need to download and log into MadKudu Chrome Extension.
