Requirements
Subscription Requirements
Must have a Gong Engage subscription, though users who do not have Gong Engage may leverage the MadKudu Chrome Extension for some functionality.
Authentication Requirements
To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have admin permissions in MadKudu.
Connect
- Log into MadKudu Admin Console
- Navigate to Integrations then click Gong
- Click Connect Gong - This will open an authorization pop-up.
- Click Allow
