To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have admin permissions in Octave

Connect
Connect your Gong workspace to enable automatic processing of call transcripts. Octave will receive webhook notifications when new transcripts are ready and use the Gong API to fetch full transcript data. Historical calls can also be backfilled to extract insights from your existing call library.
