## FAQs
### Does Orum bring in Flows and Call To-dos, and complete to-do call tasks?
Yes, Orum will automatically sync call to-dos based on your Gong Engage Flows. Orum will also complete the to-dos based on the outcome of the call: successful call, no answer, voicemail. 

### Does Orum sync call recordings into Gong Engage?
Yes, any recorded call over 3 seconds will automatically sync to Gong Engage and be found in the Conversations tab.

### What licenses and access does a user require?
Users must have a Gong Engage license with Telephony turned on.
