## Enrich Gong Agents
PandaDoc MCP gives Gong Agents direct, secure access to a user's PandaDoc workspace, so reps and CS teams can act on document status without leaving the conversation. Agents can pull live document, template, and quote data straight from PandaDoc, no tool-switching to check whether a contract went out or a signature is still pending. From there they can create, send, and track documents right from the deal context Gong already has.

## Available Tools
The PandaDoc MCP server exposes document, template, recipient, and quote operations as tools an agent can call, covering everything from creating and sending a document to checking signature status and reminding signers.

**Documents:**
documents_create, documents_list, documents_search, documents_details_get, documents_content_get, documents_content_edit, documents_summary_get, documents_status_get, documents_status_change, documents_update, documents_send, documents_archive, documents_reminder_send, documents_audit_trail_get, documents_fields_assign, documents_metadata_batch_get

**Recipients:**

## What You Can Do with this MCP Connection
**Signature status at a glance:**
see whether a contract or quote is sent, viewed, or signed without leaving Gong

**Stalled deal detection:**find documents waiting on a signature and how long they've been pending, then send a reminder directly

**Deal terms in context:** pull contract value, counterparty, and key dates alongside the call themes Gong already surfaced

**Fast document creation:**
generate a new contract from a template with deal details already in hand

**Quote accuracy checks:**confirm the pricing and line items sent match what was actually discussed on the call

## Example Prompts
- "Has the contract for [account] been signed, and if not, who's it waiting on?"
- "Create a contract from the Master Services Agreement template for [account]."
- "Does the quote we sent [account] match the pricing discussed on the last call?"
- "Which of my active deals have documents that have been pending signature for over a week?"
- "Pull the contract value and status for [account] alongside the latest call summary."

## FAQ
### Do I need a specific PandaDoc plan to use this?
You need an active PandaDoc account; access to specific features (like templates or advanced reporting) follows your existing PandaDoc plan permissions.

### What can I do with the PandaDoc MCP server?
Create documents from templates, track signature status, search and filter documents, send reminder emails to recipients who haven't signed, and pull reporting on completion rates and signing time.

### How does authentication work?
The server uses OAuth with dynamic client registration, so your MCP client can connect directly by URL. You'll be prompted to log in to PandaDoc and authorize access — no manual API key setup is required.
