### Can users see raw transcripts in Parse?
No. Parse processes all Gong data in bulk and only displays aggregated analytics. Users may see AI-generated call summaries and insights derived from transcript analysis, but raw transcripts are never shown. Everything is processed in aggregate for team-level intelligence.

### How are Gong user permissions handled in Parse?
