Use Gong Data in Pendo
With the Gong integration, transcripts from customer calls are automatically imported into Pendo Listen when they contain product-relevant insights as detected by Pendo's AI classifier. Transcripts must contain identifiable feedback—such as feature requests, bug reports, or pain points—to be imported; calls without actionable product signals are filtered out.

Each imported call appears as a feedback item containing the full transcript, AI-categorized highlights, and a direct link to the original Gong recording with timestamp navigation. This allows product teams to click directly to the moment a customer articulated a specific need.

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have Admin permissions in Pendo. 

Gong Admin must grant permissions to the following OAuth scopes:

api:settings:trackers:read
