## Enrich Gong Agents
The Pendo Model Context Protocol (MCP) server lets you connect external AI tools to Pendo data. It is a remotely hosted gateway that makes Pendo analytics queryable from AI clients like Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Gong through standardized MCP tool calls. Once connected, you can query analytics, retrieve guides, and surface Pendo insights directly from the AI client where you already work. The server authenticates users via OAuth through your Pendo login, accepts requests over Streamable HTTP (with automatic fallback to SSE), and provides real-time access to visitor and account metadata, Page and Feature usage, event summary data, and segment definitions. It offers read-only tools (enabled by default) for querying data, plus optional admin-enabled write tools for actions like creating feedback items.
