This application enables a Gong admin to grant Backstory access to access Gong transcripts for all of their users. In Backstory, the admin can specify which users to pull Gong transcripts for.
This Help Center doc describes the steps that a Backstory admin needs to take to set up the integration for Backstory to pull transcripts from Gong.
Backstory incorporates insights from Gong transcripts when generating summaries, risks, and recommendations for the Accounts and Deals that those transcripts pertain to. All users on the Account/Deal team will be able to view these summaries.
