Only authorized admins within your PitchMonster instance can generate role-plays. Access to use Gong Data is controlled by admin permissions set by your Company Owner role.

Yep, admins can customize AI personas, difficulty level, objection types, conversation context, and other role-play parameters before starting a simulation.
Yes. The integration uses secure OAuth authentication, tenant-limited access, and admin role-based permissions. Data is isolated per customer and is not shared among other PitchMonster accounts.
No. Customer data is never used to train public AI models. All Gong data is used only for private, customer-authorized role-play generation and training inside PitchMonster.

Requirements
Authenticating User Requirements
To authenticate this integration for the first time, the user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have the Company Owner role in PitchMonster.
Subscriptions Required
The Gong integration is available on all paid PitchMonster plans. Customers on a trial plan may inquire about enabling the integration
Connect
Go to the Integrations Page
- Log in to PitchMonster.
- Open the Integrations section from the left-side menu.
- You will see two areas: Connected Apps and Apps (all available integrations)
Select Gong
- Find Gong in the Apps list.
- Click Connect
- Log in Through Gong
- You’ll be redirected to the Gong login page.
- Log in with your Gong credentials.
Complete the Authorization
- Once Gong approves the connection, you will be automatically redirected back to PitchMonster.
- Your Gong status will now show Connected in the Integrations section.
Managing the Connection
- If needed, you can disconnect Gong at any time: go to Integrations.
- Under Connected Apps, click three dots next to Gong and Disconnect.
- Disconnecting will stop all Gong-related features until it’s reconnected.
