### Does Quilt store data?
Quilt stores an indexed version of calls, encrypted at rest, so that it can answer questions and refer back to the original data in Gong.

### Can I remove Gong Calls from Quilt?
Yes, you can remove individual calls and the Gong sync by clicking "Remove". Your data will be completely and permanently removed in a few minutes.

### How does Quilt use Gong Calls to answer RFP questions?
Quilt uses Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to answer questions using call data. We index and search calls to provide language and factual information necessary to answer questions
