Requirements
Authenticating User Requirements
To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have team admin permissions in Reclaim.ai
Subscriptions Required
Must have Reclaim.ai paid subscription
Must have Gong paid subscription

Connect
- From the Reclaim integrations page, click Connect Gong (*must be an admin in Reclaim and Gong accounts).
- Review and approve the requested permissions. Reclaim securely stores the authorization and refreshes access as needed.
- Once connected, Reclaim begins matching eligible Gong users across the team with their Reclaim accounts. Account emails must match across both platforms.
- With the integration set up, connected users will see Gong as an additional option in their video-conferencing settings under individual Scheduling Links.
