Requirements
Authenticating User Requirements
To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have admin permissions in Regie.ai
Subscriptions Required
Must have Regie.ai enterprise subscription with Regie.ai's AI Dialer
Must have Gong Conversation Intelligence subscription
Must have Gong Conversation Intelligence subscription
Connect
- Open Regie.ai Workspace Settings
- Go to https://app.regie.ai/one/workspace-settings#workspaceIntegrations and sign in with your Regie.ai admin account.
- Enable the Gong Integration
- Find Gong in the Analytics section, flip the toggle to ON, and click Connect to Gong.
- Authorize in Gong
- You’ll be redirected to Gong. Log in as a Tech Admin and click Allow to grant Regie.ai permission to create Call objects and upload recordings.
- Confirm & Finish
- You’ll return to Regie.ai with a success message. From this point forward, every recorded AI Dialer call will appear in Gong automatically - no further action required.
