FAQ

Call metadata (title, timestamp, duration, participants), full transcripts with speaker attribution, topics, trackers, outcomes, highlights, and - when available - the call recording itself. Nothing is pulled before you explicitly connect and configure a channel.
Only authenticated members of the reOS organization that authorized the connection. Access is role-based (Viewer, Member, Admin, Owner) and enforced on every query.
Yes. Pick one or many during channel setup; each workspace can have its own filters, and you can run multiple channels in the same reOS organization.
Syncing stops immediately and the access is revoked from reOS. Calls already imported remain in your reOS organization unless you delete them manually; you can also bulk-delete all content from a Gong channel in one click.

Authenticating User Requirements

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have organization Admin permissions in reOS

An admin authorizes the connection via OAuth, picks which workspaces to sync, and chooses filters (call direction, minimum duration, internal/external scope). reOS backfills your historical calls and keeps new ones flowing in automatically. Browse your Gong library inside reOS and import specific calls on demand, or let scheduled sync handle everything in the background. Private calls are always excluded.
