### What Gong data does Revolear access?
Revolear requests read-only access to basic call metadata, extended call details, call transcripts, and Gong user records. It does not access call audio or video, and it never writes data back to Gong.

## Integration Diagrams
Revolear connects to Gong through the Gong API using OAuth. The integration is read-only: Revolear pulls call metadata, transcripts, and user records from Gong into the Revolear deal workspace, where its AI agents use them for discovery, account research, and proposal generation. No data is written back to Gong.

## Requirements
- **Subscriptions Required** — An active Gong subscription with API access enabled, and an active Revolear subscription. The Gong integration is included with Revolear - no additional add-on required.
- **Authenticating User Requirements** — The Gong user who authorizes the connection must have permission to grant API access (typically a Gong technical administrator). On the Revolear side, an organization admin connects the integration. Revolear's access to Gong is read-only.

## Connect
Connecting Revolear to Gong takes just a few minutes:

1. Log into Revolear as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Set-Up \> Organization \> Integrations
3. Scroll to 'Gong Integration' and Click 'Connect Gong'

Note that the Administrator must have API Access to Gong to create the connection.
