Setup for Gong Admins

  1. Connect RocketReach to Gong Enrich using supported provider credentials or Gong Credits.
  2. Add RocketReach to your email or phone enrichment waterfall.
  3. (Optional) Sync enriched contacts back to your CRM.

How it Works

  1. Users can enrich contacts directly from supported Gong contact views and Engage flows.
  2. RocketReach can be used alongside other approved data providers. If RocketReach does not return the requested data, Gong Enrich continues through the configured enrichment waterfall.

Requirements

Gong Enrich must be enabled for your Gong account. Gong Credits apply only when accessing RocketReach through Gong rather than a connected RocketReach account. Read more on the Gong Help Center.

No. Data accessed through a customer’s own connected provider account uses the customer’s existing RocketReach credits. Gong Credits are used when Gong Enrich accesses additional data through providers purchased through Gong.
Yes. Admins can configure and prioritize RocketReach within separate email and phone enrichment waterfalls.
Users can access enriched contact data from supported Gong contact views and when adding contacts to Gong Engage flows.
