### What if User IDs don't match between Salesfinity and Gong?
During setup, you’ll be prompted to manually match Salesfinity users with their Gong user IDs to ensure accurate data syncing.

### How does the integration work?
Once connected, all Salesfinity call recordings and data are automatically synced with Gong. This allows managers to review calls, provide coaching, and analyze performance directly within Gong’s platform.

### Can I sync historical calls?
No, the integration only syncs calls made after the integration has been enabled. Historical calls cannot be imported.

### Is there an additional cost to use this integration?
No, the integration is included as part of your existing Salesfinity and Gong subscriptions at no additional cost.

## Connect
Log in to your Salesfinity account and navigate to the Settings page.Under the Connections tab, locate Gong and click Connect.You’ll be redirected to Gong, where you can grant access to Salesfinity.Once the setup is complete, you’ll be prompted to match each Salesfinity user with their corresponding Gong user ID.Note: To authenticate this integration, you must have an Admin Salesfinity license and Tech Administrator permissions on Gong.
