Authenticating User Requirements
Seam is a multi-tenant application, the Seam org admin setups a Gong Connection using OAuth authentication to allow access Gong's data, then User call permissions are enforced in Seam:
- We map call ownership/participants to Seam users and/or account teams.
- Role-based access controls in Seam ensure users only see calls they’re entitled to (e.g., their own calls or calls on their accounts).
- Admins can configure data visibility by team/role
