No. Every send requires an explicit confirmation step before anything ships, and Sendoso admins control who can send and up to what budget. The agent proposes, a person confirms.
Core, Advanced, or Enterprise on the current plans (Plus, Pro, or Enterprise on legacy plans). Each person connecting needs their own Sendoso seat, since authentication happens per user.
Requirements
Subscriptions Required
Must have a Core, Advanced, or Enterprise Sendoso plan and an active seat.
Connect
Requires a Sendoso admin to enable MCP for the org first. See Requirements below.
- In Gong, go to Admin Center > Settings > Ecosystem > MCP connections.
- Click New connection and name it Sendoso.
- Enter the Sendoso MCP server URL: https://app.sendoso.com/mcp
- Toggle on Authentication required and select Personal access, since each Sendoso user authenticates with their own seat.
- Each user signs in with their own Sendoso account the first time they run a Sendoso tool inside Gong.
