Yes, Sendoso is required for any gift recommendations or sending.

### Can anyone with a Sendoso account use the integration?
Admins of a Sendoso account can add the Gong integration based on their plan type. Learn more about plans here.

### Does Sendoso store my transcript data?
No. Sendoso’s AI features like SmartSend does not store transcripts. Instead, transcripts are briefly processed to generate a summarized set of interests, after which the underlying transcript data is discarded and not retained.
