No, each Skrift organization can only connect one Gong account at a time.
Yes! You can select as many workspaces as you need. At least one must be selected.
You can sync calls from any date in the past by adjusting the "From Date" in your settings. However, very large date ranges may take longer to process.

Authenticating User Requirements
To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have Admin permissions in Skrift
One or More Workspaces
Skrift can ingest calls and transcripts from one or more of your Workspaces. You'll have the option to select which Workspaces in the Skrift Gong Integration settings.
