Authenticating User Requirements

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have Workspace Admin permissions in Steve.

Subscriptions Required

Must have a Steve Pro or Enterprise subscription to enable the Gong integration.

Connect

Steve integrates with Gong using OAuth 2.0 authentication to securely access your call recordings and transcripts. The integration enables:
