Authenticating User Requirements
To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have Admin permissions in Storydoc.
Connect
- Go to the Storydoc platform.
- On the top menu, click “Integrations”.
- Choose “Connect CRM”.
- Click “Connect” under the “Gong” app.
- Approve and authenticate using your Gong credentials.
- Get back to selling! Your Storydoc engagement data will start appearing on your Gong timeline.
