Strataflows and Gong Subscriptions Required

Tech admin or Gong admin connects Gong once at the org level via OAuth during initial setup. All reps in the org automatically gain access to their call intelligence based on Gong's native permissions. No individual user authentication required. No admin permissions required for individual reps.

From your Strataflows dashboard, a tech admin navigates to Settings > Integrations and selects "Connect Gong." The admin authenticates with their Gong credentials and authorizes the required scopes. Strataflows immediately begins syncing call transcripts for the entire organization.
