Superframe Syncs applicable call metadata and transcripts on a recurring basis by:
1. Filtering out calls in Gong that do not map to Accounts in Superframe

Authenticating User Requirements
To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin.

Connect
Connecting to Superframe will sync transcripts and summaries to make them searchable along with other GTM signals
Please note that Superframe’s permissions structure is different from Gong’s and may cause you to unintentionally expose data.
Superframe syncs the following data from Gong:
- Superframe syncs over and exposes call transcripts and metadata
- Superframe only syncs calls that have a participant whose email address matches the domain of an Account that is tracked in Superframe.
- Private calls are not sync’d.
- Superframe also provides a domain-level filter that will block ingestion of all calls at a specific domain.
Once data is in Superframe:
- All users in the Superframe workspace that is connected to Gong will be able to access all calls that are sync’d from Gong.
- Individual calls can be hidden manually to restrict access to sensitive data. This can be triggered by any participant in the call or by a Superframe admin. Once a call is hidden, it can only be accessed by participants on that call.
