  • ask_account: Answers natural language questions about a single account
  • ask_deal: Answers natural language questions about a single deal
  • generate_brief: Generates a structured, multi-category summary (brief) for an account, deal, or contact, including insights such as key themes, stakeholders, risks, and next steps

Use Go to automate tasks and workflows:
  • Flag at-risk deals by combining Gong's call and email insights with deal and account context.
  • Summarize a deal or account, including stakeholders, risks, and priorities, right before a call.
  • Generate pipeline briefs and share recaps from wherever you are.

Subscriptions Required

Available for all Superhuman Go plans. Requires Gong Credits enabled and access to the Gong MCP Server.

Authenticating User Requirements

Any Gong user with the appropriate subscription can authenticate and use the Gong connector in Superhuman Go.
