## Permissions
Once the Troupe <> Gong integration is connected, Troupe performs a nightly sync to check for new Calls in Gong. Any new public Calls involving representatives that have been added to Troupe by the organization are pulled into the system. Reps are matched by email address. For each eligible Call, Troupe stores a snapshot of the call transcript along with the participants. Private calls are excluded and not synced. Only calls involving reps explicitly added in Troupe are considered.
