### Do you import private Gong calls?
No. Calls marked private (isPrivate=true) are excluded from import.

### How is access to imported calls controlled?
Access is owner-scoped and requires authenticated user access in Helix.

### How do I connect Gong to Helix?
Go to the Gong Integration section in Helix, click Connect, complete OAuth, then return to import calls.

### Can I import calls for a specific account/company?
Yes. You select a Gong company first, then import matching calls and transcripts.

### What happens if a call has no transcript?
The call is skipped and not imported for transcript-based analysis.

### Do you deduplicate imported calls?
Yes. Helix checks external source IDs and transcript hashes to avoid duplicates.

### Can I disconnect Gong later?
Yes. You can disconnect at any time from the Gong Integration controls in Helix.

### What data is stored after import?
Call metadata, transcript text, and analysis artifacts used for GTM insights.

### How are tokens and credentials handled?
OAuth tokens are stored server-side and refreshed as needed; they are not exposed to end users.
